Our Operations Dept is looking for a Full-time Administrative and Technical Systems Specialist.   

You’ll know you’re the right person for the job if... 

You‘re a “techie” and you love helping others.  You are always learning and figuring out new solutions. 

You’re the one everyone asks to help with their new phone or the latest update, or to interpret their latest confusing bill.  

You brag about your spreadsheets for budgeting to grocery lists, even when friends don’t seem to care. 

You just remember things - like where you put your keys, where the manual to that appliance is, and your phone number from when you were a kid. 

Primary Responsibilities 

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you’ll work autonomously to support all Team members with: 

Systems Support 

  • Support IT infrastructure, both software and hardware, through knowledge, skills, and working with vendors and contractors as appropriate 

  • Perform regular systems maintenance and updates 

  • Identify and recommend ways to maximize use of current systems 

  • Identify and recommend need for upgrades and expansion 

  • Represent the needs of technology users (i.e. Team members) 

  • Provide technical support for all employees, on-premises and remotely 

  • Ensure ongoing systems compliance with HIPAA 

Administrative Support 

  • Assist Operations Manager with managing outside vendors and contractors 

  • Create advanced spreadsheets and professional documents for internal and external use 

  • Assist with payroll, data entry, and managing complex filing system 

  • Train Team members on software and hardware systems 

 Requirements 

  • Education/Experience, either: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer technical support role 

  • Strong proficiency with Windows OS, PCs, and Office suite 

  • Experience with networking and Windows servers preferred 

  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android OS preferred 

  • Experience managing outside vendors preferred
