No Surprises Billing

We understand that seeking treatment for your mental health can be challenging and that the cost of treatment is a determining factor for many patients. We want you to have the information necessary to make the best decision for your treatment, and as such have created a list of charges for uninsured or self-pay patients.

*Please note that the rates listed below are for self-pay only, and amounts may differ for patients filing insurance claims.

Additional Fees and Services

  • A late cancel is an appointment that is cancelled by the patient with less than 24-hours notice. Late cancel fees may only be removed at the provider’s discretion.

  • No-Show fees will be assessed to accounts when there has been no communication received when missing an appointment. No-Show fees may only be removed at the provider’s discretion.

  • For certain controlled medications and for Medication-Assisted Therapy (MAT) such as Suboxone ®, drug screens are required to be collected at most appointments. For MAT, drug screens may also be collected at random times between appointments. Each Drug Screen is charged a flat $25.

*Disputed results may require lab confirmation. There is no additional charge from Hendricks Therapy for this service, however lab charges for confirmation and testing will apply.

  • 1st Prescription- $20

    Each additional prescription- $10

Your provider will normally provide enough medication to last until your next appointment. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your designated pharmacy. Prescription management fees may only be waived when a change is due to the provider or pharmacy.
